In addition to cardio workouts, TECHNOGYM LIVE provides access to a diverse range of workout options. These include categories such as Strength, HIIT, Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, and more. The library also features various Technogym products and tools that can be incorporated into your cardio routine, such as Unica, Kinesis, Technogym Bench, Dumbbells, and Kettlebells.

Apple Watch Integration:
With the Technogym App for Apple Watch, you can now connect your Apple Watch to the Technogym Live App for iPad and share your heart rate in real time. Furthermore, your workout will sync directly with Apple Health and Fitness. You can easily download the app by searching for "Technogym App" on the App Store or Apple Watch App Store.
